C.I.P. (COMMUNITY INTERNSHIP PROGRAM)

C.I.P. is a youth program designed to mentor children ages 10 to 12 years of age. This program is designed to educate, guide, and expose youth to important life skills and lessons as they approach the crossroads of adolescence into young adults. Students will learn:

  • Personal Development (Learn About “Self)
  • Educational Planning(Scholarships)
  • Lifestyle Exploration
  • The Value of Working, How to Work, Understand the World of Work and Gain Work Experience
  • Career and Professional Development
  • Money and Finances
  • Wealth Building
  • Good Health and Good Habits
  • How to Network for Success and Happiness
  • Social Development Skills

The program includes:
Development Workshops ~Field Trips ~ One Day Internships ~ Summer Employment ~ Scholarships ~ A Weekend Retreat ~ Volunteer Experiences and More.
Requirements: Enrollment in the program is competitive and requires all participants to be in-school, between the ages of 10 – 12 years old with good grades and good manners.
